Barquentine is a family owned brewery in the 0.8-square-mile city of Edgewater, west of Sloan’s Lake. We are inspired by the beers of Belgium and the sailing ships, called Barquentines, that brought Old World brewers their provisions. The recipes are drawn from tradition and modernized for the well-trained palate of the Colorado beer drinker. Brewing on a 15 bbl, 2 vessel system, we strive to make each small batch unique and memorable.
